I emailed the link provided for evergreen looking for a 1br apartment before my sec 8 housing voucher expired. I didn't receive a call or email back, and my voucher has recently expired, but i did reapply for it so if i do find an apartment i was to notify them. I'm still currently homeless, therefore on the voucher paperwork stated i would be responsible for the $50 monthly rental payment. I spoke to a resident there who stated that their are a bunch of vacant apartments, but are they still available and if so how can i schedule an interview. I don't smoke, drink, no pets and i'm very quiet and clean.
