You must have a valid Social Security number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).

You must be a U.S. citizen or a legal immigrant.

In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.

      User Response: Trash everywhere, not even half the tenants are vaccinated, no washer dryers in units, infested with rats, cockroaches bedbugs scabies ants, floors are warped door handles fall off, smoke detectors don't work, doors can't open because of warped floors they charge $7 for a light bulb thrid world living at it's finest and they're jacking rent again
