      User Response: There is always a wait list. You must call and set up an appointment to fill out the application - that puts you on the wait list. They will call you when it is time. Be prepared to provide all necessary documentation quickly and accurately. It is the difference of obtaining an apartment or the apartment going to another individual.

      User Response: Pets are allowed, including larger pets. One of the wonderful things about this apartment complex. Maximum of 2 with a deposit for each.

      User Response: There are many whom treat the area and land as their personal junk yard, trash can etc. It's unfortunate. Many moved in from larger cities. The location is fine. The road behind the apartment is an eyesore with the neighboring houses and rehabilitation house. Up the road is decent neighborhoods. There's a wonderful large park around the corner with a fresh creek. The school is a 10 minute walk for elementary students. Close by to local shopping center (3 miles).
