- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.

      User Response: Market rent is $1,400/month for the 2 bedrooms ($1,200/1 bedrooms and $1,600/3 bedrooms I believe) but goes according to your income. So rent will never be more than 30% of your income

      User Response: Cats are allowed with a $400 deposit for non-declawed and $350 for declawed. They have to be at least 1 yr old before they can be allowed have to have their shots up to date yearly as well

      User Response: All utilities are included except electric. Unless you live in the one building that was rebuilt recently due to a fire. Then you pay heat and electric

    I would like to be put on a waiting list for a one-bedroom apartment, i am over 55, i'm a good tenant, i pay my rent on time and i do work. I have great rental history and work history.
