Benton Housing Authority

Benton Housing Authority provides housing assistance to low income residents through the management of Low Rent Public Housing Apartments and the Housing Choice Voucher Program - Section 8. These programs and rentals are income based and the eligibility requirements and/or restrictions are set by HUD. There may be a waiting list for these apartments or vouchers and at time the lists may close to new applicant due to the overwhelming need for housing assistance in the area. If you are in need of assistance please contact the Housing Authority directly to obtain more information about eligibility requirements, availability of assistance or rentals, the current status of any waiting lists and their application procedures. Their office is available Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm to assist you . They close from Noon - 1:00pm for lunch.

Note: Apartments may not have openings or may have long waiting lists. Call for complete details.
