Arrowhead Senior Affordable Apartments is a HUD Apartment. HUD residents usually pay 30% of their gross income for rent. The rent amount, less approved HUD deductions such as medical and child care expenses, and other allowances, includes a utility allowance. HUD Residents also may choose to pay what is known as flat rent. The HACC works with applicants to determine which rent arrangement is best for them.

Arrowhead Senior Apartments has 116 senior apartments. This is a disabled apartment and senior apartment complex.

Rent is income based. 30% of your gross income.

Gas and Water are included in the rent.

Pets are allowed. $150 pet deposit is required.  Under 30 lbs, $150 (waived for assisted-living animals w/ doctor\'s note). Some breed restrictions.

There are:

1 Bedroom apartments: 41 apartments

75 studio apartments

10 handicapped apartments.

Deposit for rent is 1 months rent.
