User Response: While apartme ts themselves are marginally ok maintenance is a forever big big problem.I sit her tonight after calling in a maintenance request for toilets backing up at about 8pm. It's now 10pmI have sewage water back g go in both my bathrooms into the tubs. I just called for maintenance again a d tild them if they aren't hereby 8:30am to fix this problem I will scoop up water into buckets and and go dump it k to the floors if the rental ofIice. This has been a related problem I we 3 years require g over 20 calls for maintenance. Part if problem has been other apartments dumping no flushable wipes and other fem products into toilets. One 3 mi the period with 4 calls lead to find out their sewage pump station was not working no regular maintenance had been performed in it. Now aotcomex is mostly pleasant to live in it with these maintenance problems i am finding it difficult not to go live somewhere else.
