Los Pinones Apartment Homes offers one, two, and three bedroom units for rent. The units are contained in sixteen separate three-story buildings built into a hillside, surrounded by native plants and old-grown trees. Community amenities include a clubhouse, on-site laundry, on-site management, free copy and fax services, a fitness center, business center, and pool, and courtesy night patrol. Apartment amenities include private patios, forced air heating, microwaves and dishwashers, private storage in each building for a small fee of $20, and fire-places (third floor residences only). Pets are welcome and there are pet waste stations throughout the complex for use during pet walks.

Qualifications: Do you qualify to live here?
To qualify for low income housing in New Mexico, you must meet the following income requirements:

Your household income must be below 80% of the area median income (AMI). The AMI is updated annually by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and varies by county.

You must have a valid Social Security number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).

You must be a U.S. citizen or a legal immigrant.

In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.
