      User Response: This apartment complex will constantly lie about your rent, change your rent prices constantly, they do not follow the law, they are HUD housing and low income tax credit property but they are not following the rules and charging people different rents all the time.

      User Response: No they're not safe whatsoever, there are burglaries all over the property, the property is very neglected, there are hazards everywhere.
