This place was disgusting when i first moved in here, it took me two to three weeks to get it clean! Management did not clean after previous tenants moved out. I've had mold growing under the kitchen sink since i moved in. Office manager says she'll get around too if it never does. Corporate management doesn't do any better! There was standing water in the parking lot for many months when i first moved in never dry moment which caused a lot of damage to the parking lot with pit holes! During the bad storm when it does get flooded we have wild turkey and vultures crapping and bathing in the water which is a health concern! Some people have slipped on the algae and fallen, there is eight class action lawsuit occurring against bella vista right now as a result of neglect!

Looking to relocate to your location. I’m interested in 1 bedroom or 2 bedrooms… preferably 2 bedrooms. Do you allow pets? How many? Do you include any utilities? Do you have washer and dryers in the apartments? My yearly based income is $21,500. I have been trying for over a year to find an apartment i can afford. I am 70 years old and currently live in tennessee. Thank you.
